Invite your team

Get your whole sales team using AccountMap.ai — no seats to assign, no logins to manage.

AccountMap.ai has no separate user accounts, seats, or invites. It uses HubSpot’s existing permissions model — if a teammate can read a Company record in HubSpot, they can use AccountMap.ai on it.

That means “inviting your team” is really just telling them it’s there.

There’s nothing to configure

Once the card is pinned to your Company record view (see Add the card to a Company record), every HubSpot user in your portal sees it automatically the next time they open a company. No admin panel, no user list, no “add seat” button.

If you haven’t pinned the card yet, do that first. It’s a one-time change to the record layout that applies to everyone.

Who should use it

AccountMap.ai is most useful for people who touch accounts with multiple stakeholders:

  • Account Executives — mapping buying committees, spotting coverage gaps, and prepping for discovery and decision calls.
  • Customer Success Managers — tracking champion risk and identifying renewal blockers.
  • Sales Development Reps — understanding reporting structure before sending outbound.
  • Account Managers — expanding into new departments at existing customers.
  • Sales Leaders — pulling up a deal in a pipeline review and seeing committee coverage at a glance.

It’s less useful for transactional, single-threaded sales motions — if every deal closes with one contact, you don’t need an account map.

Roll it out in your next team meeting

The fastest way to drive adoption is a ten-minute walkthrough in a team meeting:

  1. Open one live deal with a visible buying committee. Show the Account Health score, Deal Coverage checklist, and People tab.
  2. Click “View Account Map” and walk through the full view. Point out buying roles and placeholders.
  3. Assign one rep to map one account live in front of the team. The five-minute flow in Build your first Account Map is designed for exactly this.
  4. Make it a habit. Ask reps to build an Account Map for every deal above a certain size, and pull up the map in every deal review going forward.

Adoption follows ritual. If your team sees AccountMap.ai in every deal review, they’ll start using it in their own prep.

Per-user settings

There are no per-user settings in v1. Everyone on your portal sees the same data, because the data is HubSpot’s own CRM data — there’s nothing to personalise.

In the future we may add per-user preferences (default layout, favourite charts, notification rules). For now, keep it simple.

Questions from your team

Three questions come up in nearly every team rollout:

  • “Does it cost per user?” — No. AccountMap.ai bills per portal, not per seat. Everyone in the portal can use it.
  • “Does it change or write to HubSpot data?” — No. AccountMap.ai is read-only. It never modifies contacts, deals, or activities.
  • “Where is my data stored?” — Your CRM data stays in HubSpot. AccountMap.ai caches engagement summaries for up to 24 hours to keep the card fast, but there’s no long-term storage. See our Privacy policy for the details.
